How can I get a quote for my project?
We generally create initial quotes based off of plans or dimensions provided by the customer, and we can quote as many color options as you’d like to help with your decision making process. If you decide to move forward with us, we will send out of our template specialists to take precise, digital measurements. How can I see material/color options?
We have two beautiful showrooms (Austin and Kerrville) you can visit to see a myriad of samples, including engineered quartz, natural stone, porcelain, and ultra compact surfaces. If you don’t find anything that catches your eye in our showroom, we can make recommendations of some slab yards for you to see other options. We can fabricate and install almost anything from almost anywhere!
Do I need an appointment to visit one of your showrooms?
We welcome walk-ins at either of our showrooms, but we do encourage appointments so we can ensure that a member of our sales team has the proper amount of time to devote to your consultation.
I'm ready to move forward. What do you need from me?
In order for us to secure material and schedule a template appointment, we’ll need your signature on a few documents, a 75% deposit, and all fixture model #s (sinks, faucets, cooktop/range, etc).
What is the timeline for installation?
This can vary depending on material, design details, and the capacity of our shop at the time of your project, but a general timeline for standard countertop installations is about 10–15 business days after a successful template. Once your job has cut, our front office team will provide an installation date.
How should I care for my new countertops?
We recommend MORE Surface Care products for cleaning, sealing, and more.
